Jersey Airport - Redevelopment estimate

Linked Commercial Services (LCS) have just recently completed an M&E audit/estimate on the redevelopment/extension of Jersey Airport for one of its clients.

Euston Station - Network Rail (Enabling works for HS2 Station)

LCS is currently involved and leading the MEP cost estimating on behalf of a major consultancy and for and on behalf of Network Rail on the Euston Station enabling works to allow for the new HS2 station works.

West Pier - London City Airport

LCS managed the Commercial team and Contracts for the project between 2015 and 2017, working with challenges that this project presented.

Gatwick Airport

LCS were part of this project assisting a major Consultancy (Arcadis) and Gatwick airport to commercially manage the Northern terminal part of the process.

Heathrow Airport

LCS managed the Engineering Asset Replacement budget at Heathrow Airport on behalf of client EC Harris

New Street Square, London
