Linked Commercial Services (LCS) is now looking forward to working with AG Consultancy in the Middle East and India. It is another step in the LCS path to providing specialist services from the UK and working in partnership with Avinash Gikwad, the Managing Director of AG Consultancy.
Avinash Gaikwad is the Managing Director at AG Consultancy, a RICS regulated Chartered Quantity Surveying Firm. Avinash is experienced in all types of dispute resolution services however, specializes in Expert Witness, Mediation and Arbitration to Construction and Built Asset Commercial disputes. He has been appointed as Expert witness by instruction from client’s solicitors.
We also partner with Yelland and Savage who are construction law specialists and are highly experienced in dealing with all aspects of construction dispute avoidance and resolution.
Their primary consultants hold law related qualifications and can draw on many years of expereince within the construction industry working for both clients and contractors. Yelland Savage will provide a high quality service that is personal and professional.

Donald is an Engineering qualified Cost and Commercial Consultant with over 25 years in the industry. He is a self-motivated and committed professional with a with a wealth of experience of large projects in both Building and Infrastructure including, Aviation, Maritime Services, Commercial Buildings, Schools & Further Education, HQ, Education and buildings of Historic Interest. Prior to LCS, Donald has worked for the top global Cost Consultancies”.
Sarah has a wealth of experience in many sectors of the construction industry including banking, data centres, office new-build/refurbishment/fit-out, residential new build; leisure (hotel); health; transport; education; infrastructure.
Sarah trained as a chartered quantity surveyor with extensive experience in contract administration and pre & post contract cost control.
Sarah has 25 years experience in the construction industry, and has managed her own teams within varying sectors. She has provided cost advice within the Life Cycle and O&M cost management for various government bodies.
David has been in the building services industry for over thirty five years, both in contracting and professional practice and has been responsible for the supervision and technical management of all types of building engineering services cost management, both pre contract through the whole design process phases, procurement phases and post contract, on projects through the UK and Globally.
With extensive experience in various market sectors within the built environment including Data centres, pharmaceutical, offices, retail, hotel, residential, sport and leisure, education and infrastructure. In addition, David has also worked on biomass, CHP and Wind power generation, MV/LV electrical distribution, district cooling/heating generation and telecoms distribution.
David has been involved with the RCIS engineering services group since its inception in the 1990’s and had the honour to be its chairman in 2005, he still remains actively involved with the group.
With over 20 year’s experience working with contractors and in post contract management Scott is a well-respected MEP Quantity Surveyor with extensive knowledge in his field.
A proficient Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor, who has experience of working within Electrical and Mechanical installation Contracting, multi service M&E contracting and Private Practice for a leading Cost Consultant in a wide range of commercial projects proven. Scott is self-motivated and an experienced Services quantity surveyor.
